Mark Potter

is a licensed conveyancer and Director whose conveyancing career began in 1998. He has worked previously for solicitors firms in Widnes and Runcorn, but deals with clients throughout England and Wales, including high-profile clients from the world of sport, television and literature. He joined the firm in 2010 and was made a partner in January 2013 and subsequenly a Director


Mark believes that excellent client care is the key to every conveyancing transaction. He has been married to his wife Collette since 2005, (they met at high school), and has a son and daughter. Mark’s main hobby is playing the guitar and he has appeared all over the north of England with his band, including Liverpool’s famous Cavern Club. He also enjoys watching live music, live comedy and going to the gym. Mark is a life-long Liverpool FC fan and lives in Widnes.

Mike Teinert

is a licensed conveyancer, non-practising Solicitor and Director with wide experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing including Company Commercial transactions. Mike has represented many high-profile clients from both the sports and business world which have involved complex high-value commercial transactions with clients based all over the world. 


Having qualified as a solicitor in 2007, Mike has worked for high street firms as well as a PLC before moving to Holbrook and Co in 2015 as a licensed conveyancer. He became a partner in 2017 and subsequenly a Director


Mike lives with his wife Sarah, his children Grace, Daniel, Lucinda and Heather (and dogs Percy and Peggy and cats Poppy and Penny), and his main hobbies are ice hockey, where he plays for Riverside Raiders based in Widnes,  Rugby League and supports his home town team of Oldham Roughyeds and running and the great outdoors
